So another season of adventuring at Ons Tweede Huis begins. I want to start by re-capping last years final un-documented trip. Before we would let my brother Eric get married we insisted that he come spend a guys weekend out at the cabin. So Eric,Luke,Church,Nate and yours truly spent a few days in early september out here. Mostly played around. Tried a little fishing and put up some of my yellow cedar siding. Nate took these great photos while he was there. Not sure if it was him or the camera or the lenses but they sure are good. thanks Nate.
As I write this entry we are sitting in the Eagle's Bluff B&B in Cow Bay, Prince Rupert. The wind is windy and the rain is even rainier. Tomorrow is going to be a wet rough and rugged day...trying to get all (1500lbs) of us to the cabin. We are enjoying our last chance for ice cream for awhile and contemplating why we don't go to Hawaii at this time of year like all other normal people!!
Well Uncle Eric is back to comment on every entry with massive envy.

Hopefully you guys land soon and show us all what it's looking like out there lately. Say Hi to Liam and the the ladies from Uncle Eric and Aunty Bethany, Can't wait for May long.
